abricationThe forging department itself produces transport systems and other structures for many different purposes.
We also have field blacksmiths who assemble the belt conveyors at the customer’s premises. We service existing conveyor systems, including maintenance of bearings, rollers, running-in of belts, etc.
The department has its own construction department, where drawings and documentation as well as CE marking of the transport systems we build ourselves are made.

Raised beds in Corten steel for private gardens in Zealand
The job:
A private customer on Zealand wanted robust and maintenance-free raised beds for their garden – both functional and aesthetically beautiful.
The solution:
We produced raised beds in 5 mm quality Corten steel, which over time acquires a beautiful rust patina that both protects the steel and gives a stylish, natural look. The bed measures 1 meter in width, 4.9 meters in length and 50 cm in height – perfect for both vegetable gardens and ornamental plants.
The result:
A solid, durable and elegant raised bed that blends in beautifully with other garden elements and requires minimal maintenance.
