What is the difference between the two service agreements?
The Standard ABC Industriservice Agreement covers the basic needs for inspection and support, while the Total ABC Industriservice Agreement includes faster response time, a permanent contact person and a higher discount level. What both have in common is that you get peace of mind, operational reliability and planning.

How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the length of the conveyor, operating hours per day, number of drums, material and how many tons it moves per hour. We use a simple formula to give you an accurate quote.

Is 24/7 service included in all plans?
Yes, but with different response times. The Standard agreement has a maximum response time of 48 hours, while the Total plan has a maximum response time of 24 hours.

Are spare parts and repairs included in the price?
No, but you will receive a discount on spare parts. The actual working time and parts for repairs will be invoiced separately.

Does the agreement have a minimum term?
There is basically no binding period, but you sign either a 1-year agreement or a 3-year agreement, where you save 20% on the total price.

Do I still have access to ABC 24/7 24-hour service even if I don't have a service agreement?
Yes! All our customers always have access to our 24/7 24-hour service. The difference is that if you use our 24/7 24-hour service without having a service agreement, we cannot guarantee a response time - however, we typically have a response time within 48 hours - and you generally do not get a discount on the spare parts.

Where geographically does ABC service conveyor systems?
We service all customers throughout Denmark without exception. We also service customers in southern Sweden and northern Germany.
